Firstly, I had never ever thought I’ll answer this question because I was addicted to this game 24/7. Before I started playing, I was surprised to see all my friends entertained in this game with the focus.before I start let's discuss:

How to overcome my addiction from playing Clash of Clans?
As per most of the situations even not getting fewer grades even after playing this game for hours! so naturally, We didn’t feel like uninstalling this game. Then after a few months, We had an insight, that We have recognized that we were missing lots of joys in life!
The solution to not only your problem but any addiction is to 
  • First, build up a strong mental attitude towards things and persons with maturity.
  • Question yourself the sole purpose of living, why are you here on earth .... to play clash of clans... definitely not.
  • Add physical exercise event early in the morning, (even research said that physically involving your body builds up your self-confidence).
  • You must keep yourself busy all the day with any other stuff like good talks with friends, family.  Reading books or even movie to kill the time (it's better than to play clash of clans).
Conclusion
What makes you think that this is a critical problem? Family? Friends?
If you think this is a REALLY huge problem, just simply dispose of Clash of Clans.
It's the best answer if you want to actually put yourself out there in the world.
