Best ways to recover a Clash of Clan account if you didn't save the progress?

There are basically to methods to recover your lost village both methods are given below:
Your exact Username and Clan Name of your lost Village and current 
(Town Hall 1) Village (and player tag if possible).
Exact Town Hall level of your lost Village and current Village.
Exact XP level of your lost Village and current Village.
An explanation of how you lost the Village.               

Method 1: Direct by game help shift, help and support. 

Yes, you can recover the Clash of Clan account but as fast u can 
do because delay may not recover your account.

1) Open an account of (COC)Tap on Settings icon then tap on help and support button.

2) Write a message to Supercell for the lost of account (I lost my village)
Please be sure to include the following information: 
  • Exact Username and Clan Name of your lost Village Exact 
  • Town Hall level of your lost Village
  • Exact XP level of your lost Village.

For security reasons, they ask others questions.

Method 2: By Emailing Contact them via email. 

You can directly e-mail the Clash of Clans support team: 
clashofclans.feedback@supercell.net and support will help you as soon as possible.
Be sure to include the following information:
  • Username and Clan Name of your lost Village 
  • Town Hall level of your lost Village
  • XP level of your lost Village.
Wait for a reply. The support team may take up to 2-3 days to reply. 

WARNING: If you load multiple Villages on a single device, 
you may lose access to one or more of them in the process!
NOTE: Attempting to claim others' accounts will result in disciplinary action. 
Clash of Clans does not support emulators; it is impossible to recover a 
lost Village if you are playing on a Blackberry, Nokia X-Series, Kindle HD, 
or any other platform not supported by the game. Attention! If you bought the 
account from someone (or got it as a present, etc.), you need to be aware that 
Supercell will just ban your account if they find out. It’s against the TOS! 
You don’t want to mention this in your support request.Just explain to them 
that someone else you don’t know has access to your account and ask them to 
sign off your account on all devices.
