Yes, Girls do play clash of clans but their ratio as compared to Males is pretty less. There can be many reasons for this, The major one being that it is not a girls type of game. I would like to tell you a story of a girl who plays clash of clans. She is game name is Zzz she is the leader/co-leader of a clan. She is a teacher and she lives in the Philippines. I joined her clan called "Ph-Pirates"  a year ago. She is highly active (More active than any other player in that clan).

After name changing came in coc, many changed their name to girls name because getting into a good clan become easy and there are many perks too.

You might not possibly see them here in India. Very few of them play Clash of clans.
